I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Georgia before completing my master’s in Family Studies and Human Development at the University of Arizona in 2020. Currently, I am a doctoral candidate in clinical health psychology. My clinical practice and research focus on a central question: How does our social world influence our health? I am particularly interested in working with individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based practices to promote healthy relationships and translating findings from relationship science to develop new interventions that promote mental, physical, and relational well-being. I am interested in how social processes (e.g., support, conflict, loneliness) influence individuals’ and couples’ psychological and physical well-being over time.
